Shipping & Return policy
We ship globally.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, with the exception of holidays.
Smaller items, such as gels & creams, are shipped via Standard Registered Post and are typically delivered within 7-15 business days.
Large orders, including orders for any device kit are shipped via DHL or EMS (Express International Airmail), depending on their destinations:
- Packages shipped to North America usually arrive within 3-7 business days*.
- Packages shipped to Europe usually arrive within 4-9 business days*.
- Packages shipped to South America usually arrive within 5-21 business days*.
- Packages shipped to Asia usually arrive within 6-12 business days*.
Please note, if you do not provide all of the required information it may delay the shipping process.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has shipped.
Stop2Pose.com is not responsible for any Customs or Import duties incurred upon the arrival of the package to your country, or for any delays caused by Customs inspections. Please note that packages are shipped from Israel (where the products are manufactured).
To ensure the timely arrival of your packages, please be sure to input the correct mailing address at checkout.
*Shipments to some destinations, including South America and Africa, may take longer than average.
Every order paid by credit card will be verified by the credit card issuer before we ship it. In case we need further information from the customer we will send a message with additional requested information to verify the payment. If we don’t receive a reply within 5 days we will have to cancel the order and send a full refund. We are not responsible for any currency conversion.

Please note that once returning a used Silk’n Tightra or Silk’n Lipo, the refund would be 50% max.
We offer the refunds minus the cost of expedited shipping or regular/registered shipping; minus the cost of any open/used disposable items such as gel & cream, and minus 10% restocking fee. The refund is only for products that have returned to us in new condition*.
The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping products back to us in all cases.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to repair or replace it. Please refer to our Warranty page for further details.
We will issue a refund to your PayPal account or your credit card once we receive the returned item in a respectable condition.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to Customs in the recipient’s country, nor are we responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or sales tax charges that may occur upon delivery.
We are not able to accept return or refund products opened under any circumstances. We sell aesthetic products for individual use and thus cannot be resold.
Please note that Silk’n disposable lamp/cartridges or any other disposals products such as gels or others are not covered under the terms of the 1-Year Manufacturer’s warranty.
Only the original buyer of the product is entitled to request the Warranty. If your product needs replacement or repair, do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you to describe the issue with the product. We will also request the receipt or invoice of your purchase, confirming your name, order number, and date of acquisition at our store.
In case of shipping a product back to us for return or repair, make sure to contact us and receive an official Return Authorization Number (RAN). Follow the return instructions given to ensure the product’s safe arrival to our facility. Any damages to the product caused during shipping are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.
