Let’s start off with the big guns – the Turkey!

A 3 ounce serving of white turkey meat contains a whopping 26 grams of protein and only 2 grams of fat, as well as arginine amino-acid, which is used by the body to produce even more protein and contains other good for you stuff. Dark meat also has double the amount of vitamins that help with protein production, which stimulate collagen which, as we know, is an anti-aging skin miracle!

Cranberries sauced up – the Cranberry sauce!

Cranberries are full of fiber, vitamin C and all kinds of antioxidants, and in case you’ve been living under a rock those are really good for you! They help neutralize free radicals thereby helping with skin conditions such as acne, dermatitis, and eczema to name a few.

Sweet on the side – the Sweet Potato side dishes!

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. Vitamin A promotes new skin cell growth and when in combination with beta-carotene and vitamin C (which also stimulates collagen) it gives the skin a beautiful healthy glow. Fiber leads to less breakouts, so yey for our skin!

It don’t get greener than this – the Green Bean casserole!

Grean beans have copious amounts of antioxidants in the from of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, and manganese. Manganese provides great beauty benefits, it helps build collagen and protect from free radicals.

Not your regular pie – the Pumpkin pie!

Pecans are full of heart-healthy fats much like all nuts, but these guys have some added bonuses. They are the packed full of antioxidants and zinc, which means they are great for maintaining healthy and youthful skin and hair.

Now that we got that out of the way you can happily sit down to your delicious Thanksgiving dinner and go for that second or third helping, after all, all you are doing is nourishing your body, skin, and hair!

If you want to give your skin even more of an extra boost, then an anti-aging device is the way to go. Silk’n Facetite is an anti-aging and rejuvenation device that emits 3rd generation RF energy that penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate collagen production and eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. This way you can maintain your youthful appearance well after Thanksgiving dinner is over.
