Ultimate Anti-Aging Turmeric Face Mask

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon turmeric
-antioxidant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging

1 teaspoon of raw organic honey
– antibacterial, moisturizing, anti-acne, soothing and anti-aging

1 teaspoon of natural yoghurt (or milk)
-the lactic acid will exfoliate the skin and dissolve dead skin cells, it’s gentle and smooth.

Mix the three ingredients into a paste and apply to the face. Leave the mask on for around 20 minutes and then thoroughly wash off. This face mask is truly facial nirvana, the three ingredients complement each other forming a vibrant sunshine color, enough to brighten anyone’s day this winter! Make sure not to miss the under eye area to get rid of those dark circles!
