7 simple steps for a better looking skin

2. Cleanse

Start your day fresh with a cleansed skin, try to find a cleanser that won’t leave your skin too dry.
Always remove your make up before going to bed. Never, and we mean NEVER go to sleep with your makeup on! You can use wipes to remove your makeup or micellar water. Wash your face and cleanse after.

3. Moisturize

If your skin feels itchy it probably means you’re doing something wrong. Moisturizing your skin twice a day will improve its condition, greatly.

4. Protect your skin

About 80% of women’s wrinkles are caused by excessive sun exposure. It’s important we protect our skin using products with high number of Sun Protecting Factor (SPF).
This measures the fraction of sunburn producing UV rays that reach the skin. Most foundations contain “SPF 10”, some even “15”, but it’s not enough on its own.
The higher percentage of SPF the best it will protect your skin. Make sure you change your products according to the season.

5. Watch your diet

We are what we eat, that applies to the condition of our skin as well. Try reducing the consumption of junk food, high percentage of fats and fried food.
Some fats are actually good for your body and combined with fibers, they will keep your energy level at its best.
Of course we’re talking about salmon, avocado and almonds which are also filled with other vitamins and minerals.
Adding fruits and vegetables to your daily routine is also vital. We recommend that you’ll look for the more natural, organic, greener version when making food decisions.

6. Stay active

Living a healthier lifestyle includes exercising, it keeps us moving and in a better shape. It also reflects in our skin.
