Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I expect to see results using the TriPollar POSE device?

Skin tightening and improved skin texture should be felt immediately after the first treatment. Commonly the initial results are felt and not always seen by the naked eye. Visually perceived results will take 4-6 weeks after persistent use in accordance with our often of use guide.

How often can I use the Tripollar POSE device?

For the best results the Tripollar POSE should be used 2-3 times a week for 6-8 weeks to achive long lasting and non-invasive body contouring results. We recommend that you do not use your TriPollar POSE device more than once every other day.

It is very important to let the skin rest in between each treatment session. This allows for the skin’s natural process of recovery to take effect. Once the recommended treatment course has commenced, it is suggested to use the POSE device once every 2-4 weeks when needed in order to maintain long-term anti-aging results.

What is the difference between Tripollar POSE and Tripollar STOP?

Tripollar STOP is designed to only reach the top two layers of the skin while Trpollar POSE is designed to reach the deeper fatty layer as well. The Tripollar STOP is an anti-wrinkle device that aims to tighten the skin, reduce pore size and reduce fine lines and wrinkles on the delicate skin on the face, hands and neck area. This is achieved through stimulating collagen growth under the skin through RF waves.

The Tripollar POSE on the other hand is designed to reduce cellulite and reduce body fat. It aims to shrink the fat cells under the skin by stimulating the cells to release liquid fat to shrink the fat layer. It also tightens the skin simultaneously and stimulates collagen growth (like the STOP). Overall this will result in the tightening of the top layer of skin and a reduction in the fat layer beneath causing a reduction in circumference size. The POSE is designed for use on stubborn fat areas such as: the tummy, buttocks, thighs, upper arms and hips.

The two devices also differ in terms of their size (pole size) and strength.

What do the orange and green indicator lights mean on the device?

The green light indicates when the device is turned ON or OFF as well as when the automatic safety mechanism has been triggered. The safety mechanism is automatic and activates in order to protect your skin from overheating. When using the device, if you stay on the same section of skin for too long, the green indicator light and energy source will automatically turn off. Once you have moved on to the next treatment area the energy source will automatically turn itself back on.

You will notice the orange indicator light will turn on once the optimal temperature in the section you are treating has been reached. This means that you should now move on to the next section.
