My thighs and buttocks have always been my problem area. I'm 27 and would describe myself as a bottom heavy gal. My mom actually recommended the pose to me to target my lumps and bumps and especially my cellulite. The instructions are all simple enough to follow and it was a bit like giving myself a heated massage. Things got a little sticky but the process is surprisingly soothing. After the first treatment I actually noticed the skin was tighter and smoother, something you can actually feel if you just pinch the skin! I've been using it religiously 3 times a week for the last month and I am in love with my new firmer butt! The cellulite is still there but has really gone down and the skin in the area is so much firmer. I've still got a few treatments left to go so I'm hoping it will improve even more. Jasmine, Kansas
Where I live here in Brazil the culture is very focused around the outdoors and beach life. After I had my first daughter my cellulite was very embarrassing for me to want to go the beach. My friend with the same problem told me about the pose so I tried it and it very much helped me. It took about 2 and a half month before I saw very good result. I am so glad I took the time to do this myself. After seeing adds online and reading claims I was uneasy about the results stating the treatment lasted 6 months to a year on, but 9 months on and I’m really pleased with the results. I am constantly running after my kids and rarely do anything for myself and this was the perfect treat. I really didn’t want to resort to liposuction or spend thousands of dollars on a tummy tuck so just few hundred dollars seemed an amazing compromise. I use the pose a few times a week for about 25 minutes, so it’s not too time consuming. That awful belly I used to have is nearly gone. Happy is an understatement. Olivia, London
The pose reminds me of a warm heat pad massage but a little stickier. I started using the pose after my close girlfriend started using it!! She was using it for her bingo wings mainly but I couldn’t wait to try it on my tummy. A few kids down the line I’m seriously trying to tone up my stomach. I have been combining my regular pose treatments with regular exercises (lots of crunches) and drinking lots of water and so far the results have been far better than I expected. I think the combination really helped but the pose is what I believe really tightened that little bit of extra skin around my lower stomach.
